AthensTrainers® Ultimate

Pilates System®

The system was founded by Varvara Solomonidou, who started her training in Pilates in 1998 (until 2006 she was a “Pilates Coach” Master Trainer for Greece and Cyprus). She studied many of the well-known Pilates systems and collaborated with “GYMNASTIKA” to create the first Greek Pilates system, “PHYSIOPILATES”. In 2009, based on her knowledge and experience, she founded “ULTIMATE PILATES OF GREECE”, which for purely legal reasons has been renamed “AthensTrainers® Ultimate Pilates System®”.

The creation of the “AthensTrainers® Ultimate Pilates System®” represents the culmination of many years attempts, which has led to a well-versed method. “Making Pilates Simple” is the philosophy of the system we have evolved, established and thus teach. This system provides its own tone and expression in exercise along with the alternations and variations strictly based on the kinesiology of the human body, yet taking into serious consideration modern day lifestyles (always respecting the Principles of Pilates).
