Is Pilates Useful Method for Exercise For Men ??? The answer is YES, since a man created this system and men were the ones that first executed the programme! Men generally enjoy exercise differently than women. They are more practical in their goals, which they link to their functionality. The challenges they accept are sport-racing in nature. The female body understands training differently. The semantics of this separation divide the exercises into more or less men. Leg or buttock exercises on the mat do not have the same acceptance as shoulders and biceps. We could say that the same anatomical map is activated in the same muscle groups in both sexes with different intensity and priority. And as for the Pilates method, we conclude that women have given the system refinement while men have the pulse and power. Men founded Pilates and women spread it.

Soon after the end of Pilates 4 Men Seminar, participants receive the Certificate of Attendance. Automatically their names are listed on our website as a Pilates Teacher / Instructor capable of teaching Pilates 4 Men.

Along with the Certificate of Attendance, the Pilates Teacher/Instructor receives an e-mail with the AthensTrainers® Ultimate Pilates System® logo. The logo can be used to describe a lesson at the gym that works or owns, or in promotional t-shirts, rollups, or banners that accompany his/her Pilates lessons.
