Pilates with Elastic Bands
Elastic bands have been used by physiotherapists for years to strengthen and treat injuries. In Pilates the elastic bands are used either to increase resistance during an exercise or to make it easier.
There is a variety of elastic bands in the market, with different levels of difficulty in different colors, from the easiest to the most difficult: beige, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, gold. Thera-Band® is one of the most famous and most reliable companies, that provide elastic bands. Thera-Band® also provides matching handles for more comfort.
Pilates With Elastic Bands Level I Educational Seminar
The seminar includes prepilates exercises and 31 basic exercises. There are also variations and modifications according to trainee’s physical condition and injuries.
Certification
Soon after the end of Pilates with Elastic Bands Level I Seminar, participants receive the Certificate of Attendance.
Automatically their names are listed on our website as a Pilates Teacher / Instructor capable of teaching Pilates with Elastic Bands.
Logo
Along with the Certificate of Attendance, the Pilates Teacher/Instructor receives an e-mail with the AthensTrainers® Ultimate Pilates System® logo. The logo can be used to describe a lesson at the gym that works or owns, or in promotional t-shirts, rollups, or banners that accompany his/her Pilates lessons.
